This document is the contract between you and GSD Entretenimento e Serviços LTDA, CNPJ 35.804.149/0001-08, headquartered at Avenida Professor Mário Werneck, 1360, Loja 318, Buritis, Belo Horizonte, MG, CEP 30455-610, which operates the OCM · One-Click Marketing brand (here, "we"). By buying One-Click Marketing, you accept what is written here. Read it before buying: the text is short on purpose.

1. What you are buying

One-Click Marketing is an interactive playbook, delivered as a restricted access website. It contains the list of the marketing tasks that matter, in order, each one with the prompt ready for you to paste into an artificial intelligence tool, explanations of the reason behind each decision, and your progress saved at every step.

What it is not: it is not a course, it has no video lessons, no cohort, no mentoring, no one on one consulting, and we have no obligation to execute anything for you.

2. Price, payment, and invoice

The price is R$ 447 in a single payment. If you choose to pay in installments, the amounts, the interest, and the total are shown by the payment provider before you confirm the purchase.

Payment is processed by Kiwify, on its own platform. Card details and tax details are typed there and do not pass through our servers. The invoice for your purchase is issued by us.

3. Delivery and access

As soon as the payment is confirmed, we send an access link and the sign in instructions to the e-mail address you provided at checkout. Access is through the purchase e-mail and a password that you set.

It is your responsibility to keep the password secret and to provide a valid e-mail address. If the e-mail address is wrong, write to support and we will fix it.

4. What "lifetime access" means

Lifetime means that you do not pay again: there is no monthly fee, no renewal, and no expiry date on your access. Updates to the playbook are included, at no additional cost, for as long as it exists.

We may change, improve, reorder, or remove parts of the content as tools and marketing practices change. That is what a living material is about. What we will not do is reduce the product to the point of misrepresenting what you bought.

5. Cancellation and refund

You have 7 days, counted from the date of purchase, to withdraw and get 100% of the amount back. You do not need to justify it, you do not need to explain, and we will not ask why. This is the right of withdrawal under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC), and it applies even if you have already accessed all of the content.

To exercise it, just write to [email protected] from the purchase e-mail address, or request the refund through the same platform where you bought. We confirm receipt of your request immediately and notify the payment provider right after, so that the reversal can happen. When you request the refund, your access to the product ends.

Outside the 7 days there is no refund, except in the cases provided by law, for example if the product is not delivered or does not work as promised.

6. What you can and cannot do with the content

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the content in your own business, including businesses in which you are a partner. Ownership of the content remains ours: the purchase gives access, it does not transfer copyright.

You may: apply everything in your business, adapt the prompts to your case, and use the results commercially (the website, the pages, and the campaigns you create are yours).

Support is by e-mail, at [email protected], and covers access, billing, how the product works, and questions about the content. We confirm receipt of your message immediately and reply within 5 days, in accordance with art. 4 of Brazilian Decree 7.962/2013. Support does not include performing the tasks for you or reviewing your business marketing.

9. Use of artificial intelligence

The playbook teaches you how to use AI, but you are the one operating the tool, in your own account, under the terms of the provider you choose. AI makes mistakes, makes things up, and goes out of date. Check what it produces before you publish, especially prices, promises, figures, and any information about your business. Responsibility for what you publish is yours.

10. Limitation of liability and your role

One-Click Marketing is instructional material. We deliver the method, the order of the tasks, and the prompts. Following each instruction is optional and is your decision.

You are the one who operates the tools, creates the accounts, keeps the passwords, makes the backups, and publishes whatever gets published, in your account and in your name. The decisions about your business, and the care you take with it, are and remain yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses, data loss, downtime, lost revenue, or damage to your business arising from how you apply, fail to apply, or adapt the material, nor for errors or costs of the third-party tools you choose to use. Our liability, in any event, does not exceed the amount you paid for this product.

Nothing here removes the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

11. Your data

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of this contract.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update this document, and the date at the top indicates the latest version. Changes are not retroactive: they apply to purchases made from the publication onwards. What you contracted in your purchase continues to apply to you.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

Brazilian law applies, in particular the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC). Any dispute may be brought by you before the courts of your own domicile, as guaranteed by art. 101, I of the CDC. Before that, try our e-mail: almost everything gets solved in one message.
