Privacy Policy
This is a courtesy translation. One-Click Marketing is operated by a Brazilian company and governed by Brazilian law. If there is any divergence between this English version and the Portuguese one, the Portuguese version prevails.
Last updated: July 16, 2026
This policy explains, in plain English, what data One-Click Marketing collects when you visit our site or buy our product, what we do with it, who it is shared with and how you ask to see it or delete it. It applies to the one-click-marketing.com site and to the product access area.
The honest summary: we ask for your name, email and WhatsApp so we can deliver the product and support you. We measure browsing on the site and where the ad click came from, so we know whether our marketing works. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever. Your card never passes through us.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the personal data processed here is GSD Entretenimento e Serviços LTDA, registered under CNPJ (Brazilian company registry number) 35.804.149/0001-08, with head office at Avenida Professor Mário Werneck, 1360, Loja 318, Buritis, Belo Horizonte, MG, CEP 30455-610, Brazil, which operates the OCM · One-Click Marketing brand.
For any privacy matter, including the requests described in section 8, contact our data protection officer: [email protected].
2. What data we collect
Data you type in
- Full name, email and WhatsApp, provided at checkout. The email is also your login to the product.
- Country, so we can set the currency of the purchase.
- Password for the product area. It is stored only as a cryptographic hash (PBKDF2-SHA256), which means not even we can read your password.
- Name and email provided in the free guide form, when you request the sample material. We use it to send the guide and, with your consent, communications about marketing with AI. You can leave the list at any time, through the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
- Support messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
Payment data
None. Payments are processed by Kiwify, on their platform. Card number, tax ID and banking details are typed there and do not pass through our servers. From Kiwify we receive back only the purchase confirmation with your name, email and the amount paid, which is what we use to release your access.
Data collected automatically
- Site usage: pages visited, source page (referrer), scroll depth, button clicks and page exit.
- Session identifier: a random code stored in your browser that groups the events of a single visit. It does not contain your name.
- Click origin: campaign parameters (utm), gclid (Google Ads) and fbclid (Meta), stored in your browser so we know which ad brought which sale.
- Technical data processed by our hosting provider, such as IP address and approximate country, used for security and to set the currency.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use browser local storage and cookies for the essentials and for measurement:
| What | What for |
|---|---|
| Access cookie | Keep you logged in to the product area. Without it, the product does not work. |
| ocm_s (session) | Group the events of a single visit. |
| ocm_click | Remember the gclid or fbclid from the first touch until the purchase. |
| _fbp, _fbc (Meta) | Meta Pixel: measure ad results and avoid counting the same sale twice. |
| Google Ads (gtag) | Measure conversions from search campaigns. |
Essential cookies are always active, because without them the site and your access do not work. The browsing measurement and advertising ones come switched on, based on our legitimate interest in understanding what works on the site and in knowing which ads bring real customers (art. 7, IX of the LGPD, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
You can switch them off at any time, and that is a right of yours, not a favor from us (art. 18, paragraph 2). Use the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of any page, or open the panel now: you choose by category, your choice is recorded and it is respected on future visits. When you switch advertising off, we stop loading the Meta Pixel and the Google tag, and we delete the third party cookies already stored. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but if you block the access cookie, the product area stops opening.
4. Why we process this data (legal basis)
- Performance of the contract (art. 7, V of the LGPD): deliver the product you bought, release and maintain your lifetime access, send the purchase emails and provide support.
- Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX): measure browsing on the site, measure ad results, prevent fraud and abuse, keep the service online and secure, and offer our products to people who are already customers. Here we process the minimum necessary for those purposes, and you can object at any time, through the Cookie preferences link in the footer or the email above.
- Legal obligation (art. 7, II): keep tax and access records required by law.
- Consent (art. 7, I): sending marketing communications to people who are not customers yet. You can withdraw consent at any time, through the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails, without that affecting your access to the product.
5. Who we share with
We share the minimum, and only with those who operate the service for us. We do not sell your personal data and we do not hand it over to third parties to use on their own account.
| Who | What for | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting, database and site protection | Account data, browsing events, IP |
| Kiwify | Process the payment and issue the invoice | Name, email, tax and payment data you type there |
| Resend | Send the purchase and access emails | Name and email |
| Meta | Ad measurement and optimization | Browsing identifiers and purchase event |
| Ad measurement and optimization | Browsing identifiers and purchase event |
We may also share data if we are legally required to, by court order or order of a competent authority.
6. International transfer
The providers above may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States. In those cases, the transfer happens on the basis of the safeguards set out in art. 33 of the LGPD, through the data protection contracts and clauses signed with each of them.
7. How long we keep it
- Your account and purchase data: for as long as your access exists. Since access to the product is for life, we keep this data until you request deletion, subject to tax retention periods.
- Name and email of those who downloaded the free guide: for as long as you want to receive our communications. When you unsubscribe, we delete the record, keeping only the minimum necessary to avoid contacting you again by mistake.
- Browsing and event logs: for up to 24 months.
- Records required by law: for the applicable legal period, even after a deletion request.
8. Your rights
The LGPD gives you control over your data. You can request, at any time:
- Confirmation that we process data about you, and access to it.
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law.
- Portability of your data to another provider.
- Deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent.
- Information about who we share your data with.
- Withdrawal of consent, and objection to processing carried out under legitimate interest.
To exercise any of them, write to [email protected] from your account email. We reply within 15 days. If you request account deletion, your access to the product ends along with it, because it is tied to your email.
You may also file a complaint with the ANPD, the Brazilian Data Protection Authority.
9. Security
The site runs entirely over HTTPS, passwords are stored only as a hash, database access is restricted and payment happens outside our servers. No system is 100% immune, but we process as little data as possible precisely to reduce the risk. If a relevant incident happens, we will notify you and the ANPD as required by law.
10. Minors
One-Click Marketing is a product for businesses and is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children and adolescents.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change anything relevant, we update the date at the top of this page. Changes that require your consent will be communicated by email before they take effect.
